Empowering the Body of Christ through Education

The recent graduation ceremony of New Creation Life Ministries International (NCL) leaders from the Pastoral Studies program offered by EMIT has highlighted the importance of training and education in the body of Christ.

The graduates, who completed an intensive three-year study period, were awarded Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas, and Re-Forma certificates.

Nyembesi Kasiya one of the graduates, representing her peers, expressed gratitude for the transformative experience, emphasising that pastoral training is essential for effective church leadership.

Pastor Dzoro, the special guest, reinforced this notion, stressing the importance of balancing spirituality and practicality in ministry.

“A well-rounded minister understands this balance, prioritising spiritual growth, investing in self-presentation, and cultivating discernment,” Pastor Dzoro said.

EMIT, an organisation that is renowned for training leaders is active in 17 countries in Africa and its primary vision is to develop and train existing leaders into transformational leaders. It offers leaders the theoretical framework and the practical knowledge to bring systematic change to the communities they serve. This program addresses personal and character development, leadership development and professional skills development.

NCL also offers its leaders training with the Pan Africa Christian College (PACC). Through its partnership with Pan Africa Christian College (PACC), NCL leaders and pastors have access to quality theological education that fosters spiritual growth, leadership development, and practical ministry skills. With a rich history of training over 800 ministers since 1966, PACC remains committed to excellence, providing a solid foundation for leaders to serve effectively.

As the body of Christ continues to evolve, it is imperative that leaders prioritise education and training to effectively serve their communities and advance the kingdom of God.
