In the heart of Kwekwe, Zimbabwe, a spiritual awakening is pulsating through the city’s veins, fueled by the Love Revolution services. The Life Centre, a supreme church, was fully lit with excitement as Apostle Joy delivered a powerful message of deliverance and freedom to a packed congregation on the second Love Revolution service, held on November 2nd.
Apostle Joy emphasized that the devil targets individuals with potential, citing examples from the Bible, including Herod’s attack on Jesus as an infant (Matthew 2:13-23). He highlighted the story of the man possessed by a multitude of demons, drawing from Mark 5:15-18, which reads, “And they came to Jesus and saw the demon-possessed man, clothed and in his right mind… (the man) sat at Jesus’ feet.” Apostle Joy noted that the enemy’s strategy is to afflict individuals with multiple struggles, yet this also signifies a powerful destiny ahead. He asked, “What is it that the devil saw in this man that he afflicted him with such intensity?” Apostle Joy explained that the devil saw the man’s capacity to handle a powerful destiny. “The devil gives you what you can handle,” Apostle Joy declared. “This man had a capacity for greatness, and the devil wanted to suppress it.”
The congregation was encouraged to take their rightful place in the spirit, embracing their potential and destiny. Apostle Joy also shared the example of the woman at the well (John 4:28-30), demonstrating the power of deliverance and transformation. An indication of how great Jesus power is.
As the atmosphere was filled with echoes of those screaming and tormented by acts of witchcraft, Apostle Joy stood against witchcraft altars and premature death, declaring, “You altar of witchcraft, I stand against you.” The congregation experienced a sense of community, belonging, and purpose. This sense of unity and freedom captured the essence of the Love Revolution.
