A mandate is an official order from a higher authority.
Dominion is the power to rule, to have authority, to influence and govern.
I am calling on women and girls to walk in dominion. To walk in authority. To rule, to control, to influence. This is for everyone, because God created both male and female. If God said it, you are able to do it. When God says “dominate,” He means it—dominate.
POINTS TO NOTE
1. Learn to Pray Like You Know Who You’re Talking To
Matthew 6:5, 9–10 NIV
When the disciples asked Jesus to teach them to pray, they showed something important: prayer can be taught. You can learn what to pray, how to pray and when to pray. The Bible says to pray about everything and to pray without ceasing.
Jesus began with a warning: do not pray like hypocrites who pray to be seen by people. The act of praying in public is not wrong—the motive is. Are you praying to be seen by people, or by God? Talking about prayer is not praying. Planning to pray is not praying. If you write in your diary “I will pray at another level,” check the date. Are you actually praying at that level?
Jesus said, “Pray like this: Our Father in heaven…” We are not praying to man. We are praying to the God of heaven. And when we pray, we pray with understanding: “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
The difference between hypocrites and those who know God is understanding. Those who know how to pray know who they are praying to and they know their identity and position in Christ.
1. Understand Your Original Design

God’s original intention was for us to be the extension of heaven on earth. He created man in His image and likeness and gave us dominion over the earth—over the fish, the birds, the cattle, everything that moves on the ground.
If the heavens belong to the Lord and He gave the earth to the sons of men, then the territory you’ve been given is the earth. Jesus was calibrating the disciples’ minds so they wouldn’t pray small. God’s will is for you to dominate.
If the streets in heaven are paved with gold, why is there lack in your pocket? You were not created for smallness. You were created to govern territories. As it is in heaven, so it should be on earth—in your home, your marriage, your health, your work.
1. Convert Potential into Manifestation
There is potential energy—stored energy inside you. And there’s kinetic energy—energy in motion. Child of God, you have been carrying potential, but it is meant to work. This season, we have a mandate to convert stored energy into manifestation.
If you only have twenty-five birds instead of a thousand, check your potential. If we went to your home, would we find heaven there? Are you representing God’s will on earth?
In marriage, Christ is the model for the husband and the Church is the model for the bride. If Christ loved the Church and gave Himself for her, why is your marriage bitter? Why are you dying for the marriage instead of living in the covenant God designed?
1. Stop Living in the Rearview Mirror
1 Chronicles 4:10 KJV
Jabez prayed for the enlargement of his territory. He refused to be defined by his past. Many of us are in 2026 but still driving life while looking in the rearview mirror. The windscreen is bigger than the rearview mirror for a reason—your future is bigger than your past.
The Israelites stayed too long at Mount Horeb. That was not the destination. God said they would have stayed there long enough. Your heavenly appointment will come to your house—you have to move toward it.
Are you ready for the opportunity you are praying for? As a student, grace to pass does not replace studying. Do your part and God will do the rest.
Decide today: in this life, I will not suffer. I will conquer territories. This is the heaven model brought to earth. You are the head and not the tail. It starts with your mindset and your language.
Walk in health, authority and Blessing
As it is in heaven, so let it be on earth. Why are we sick if sickness does not exist in heaven? Why are we controlled by things we were meant to control? Today, receive grace to have dominion over your body—over blood pressure, arthritis, migraine. By His stripes, you are healed.
No curse formed against you will stand. God said He will curse those who curse you. You are blessed and it is only a matter of time before it manifests. The days of smallness are over. We are here to demonstrate God’s power. As far as your eyes can see, so shall it be yours.
1 John 5:14 KJV says, “This is the confidence we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” Know your “anything.” Pray for it. Pray for God’s will to manifest in your marriage, your finances, your health and every area of your life.
